General
When listing your vehicle you must be the legal owner, or otherwise have the right to market and sell it. You must have physical possession of the vehicle, be prepared to sell it at the offered price, and have the ability to transfer legal title to the purchaser. If you do not meet any one of these conditions, please do not proceed to list the vehicle on this web site. All information provided GreatCarz.com™ will be completely relied upon as being factual, therefore you must not provide any inaccurate information. A valid email address and/or telephone number is required for all listings. You agree to handle all negotiations directly between yourself and any interested buyers.
You may not use the GreatCarz.com™ web site to promote any other web site, product, or service without our express written permission. You may not sell any information from this site. "Individuals" are considered to be sellers of two (2) vehicles or less. "Dealers" are considered to be sellers of three (3 ) vehicles or more. In order to be a "Dealer" with us, you must apply for Dealer status. To apply, please contact Customer Service.
If you are an individual, you are hereby stipulating that you are using this web site purely for your own interests and not operating in any status representing the inventory or services of a dealer, and that all vehicles listed by you are your own personal property.
Payment
When listing a vehicle with us, you agree to pay our company the listing fees as specified in the listing selection you make. You agree to pay this fee regardless of whether your vehicle sells or not. There are no refunds of any kind once your listing appears in this web site. In cases of misunderstandings or disputes, you understand and agree that there will be no credits given under any circumstances once your listing appears in this web site and you agree not to stop payment on any check or credit card.
Content
In order to maintain the integrity of this web site, we monitor content and GreatCarz.com™ unilaterally reserves the right to terminate any listings and deny use of this web site to anyone, at our sole discretion, who uses this web site in any manner whatsoever that we consider abusive or inappropriate. In such instance where termination or denial of services or access occurs, in no case will GreatCarz.com™ or it's parent company DeltaHost, S.A. be obligated for any amount other than the amount paid by the consumer to list the vehicle. We also reserve the right to change or delete any advertisements that in our sole opinion we consider inappropriate or offensive in any way. You hereby agree not to post anything that is deemed illegal, abusive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, misleading, or to post any other information that infringes on the rights of others. In the event of any action by an official investigative authority, GreatCarz.com™ will cooperate fully with such investigations to provide information and you hereby give us your full right and permission to use any information provided to us on this site in any such investigation. You also give us this same right should we need to enforce any terms of this Consumer Agreement.

Applicable law and venue
DeltaHost, S.A. is a Panamanian corporation and this Consumer Agreement is deemed to be made in Panama and all terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Panama, applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within the country of Panama, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. By using this web site, you consent and agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in the appropriate court located in the country of Panama, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these terms and conditions.
Waiver
No waiver by GreatCarz.com™, DeltaHost, S.A., its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors whether express or implied, of any provision of these site terms shall constitute a continuing waiver of such provision or a waiver of any other provision of these Site Terms.
